*Measuring*

Sizing instructions: using a flexible tape measure or a string, measure your wrist (in inches).

Add 1 inch to your wrist size and order that size bracelet.

It is always better to order the next size up if you are between sizes

You can shrink your bracelet by soaking it in water and allowing it to dry.

Example: Your wrist measures 7" (average adult male size) - add 1" = 8" - A 8" bracelet is the proper size for a 7" wrist.

Average Wrist Sizes: Toddler - 3 1/2" - 4" Child - 4" - 5" Teen - 5" - 7" Women - 6" - 7" Men - 7" - 8"
