Most people
are unaware that oil is used in the making of rope. Due to this the
rope industry has been hit hard by the rising cost of oil not only in
production, but in fuel charges for freight. Because of this, my expenses
have gone up across the board for rope, supplies, and freight.

I am sorry
for this increase but wanted you to be aware why my prices have gone
up. I hope at some point the cost of oil will get realistic and I will
be able to lower my prices.

Rope can be orderd by the spool and in differant diameter then what is listed here, so please email me for a quote.
Most spools are 600'.
Examples:
1/2" comes on 600' Spools.
1/4" comes on 600' Spools
3/16" comes on 1000' Spools

We only use and sell products made from polyester rope. We feel it is far more superior rope then nylon or other types of rope on the market today. Polyester produces less friction, so that means it greatly reduces a chance of rope burn and less abrasion on your horse’s skin. Combined with a comfortable weight in the hand polyester rope is perfect for all natural horsemanship techniques.
Knots tied in polyester will hold tight, but can always be undone should adjustment be required.
Unlike cheap halter cords and webbing, polyester will not harden or powder with age and will have only minor fading over the long life of the rope. It is unaffected by water, will not rot, mold or mildew and is resistant to most acids and oils. Polyester can be washed with normal household detergents in warm water.
Cheap polypropylene halter cords and webbing have a much lower breaking strain (about 30% less) and lose another 30% per year through age. Polyester ropes lose only 3% per year making ropes that can be relied on not to break.
