This halter is made from rope that is 5/16" in diameter.
It will hold it's shape, but when pinched is very squishy, therefor the name, as it is comfortable for the horse to wear.
No need for extra padding on this halter it is comfy through and through.
It sort of reminds me of bungie cord without the stretch!
I have never seen anything like it on the market.
